This policy explains how Mansfield Card Show ("we," "us," or "our") handles information submitted through our Meta lead form and information generated when you visit this page. We collect only what we need to measure local interest and send the updates you requested.
What we collect
- Information you submit: your full name and verified mobile phone number.
- Lead-form information: submission time and basic campaign or form attribution supplied by Meta.
- Basic technical information: our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and device information to operate and secure this website.
We do not ask for payment information, precise location, or sensitive identification documents through this demand test.
How we use and share information
We may use your information to:
- measure genuine local interest in the proposed show;
- send a possible date, venue, official RSVP link, and closely related event updates;
- respond to questions and prevent misuse of the form; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We may use service providers, such as Meta, our website host, and a messaging provider, only as needed to run the form, maintain the site, or deliver requested messages. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect people, rights, and security.
Text-message terms
If you submit the lead form and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive automated or manually sent messages from Mansfield Card Show about this proposed event. Messages may include a possible date, venue, official RSVP link, or a material event update.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and will stop marketing or event-update texts unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices and data retention
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we control by emailing us. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. You can withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to test demand, communicate about the proposed show, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Age, changes, and contact
This demand test is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy as the project develops. The effective date above will change when we make a material revision.
